Spencer Bradley
CO-FOUNDER
Spencer graduated from Yale University in 2012 and Harvard Business School in 2018. Between the two he worked at McChrystal Group, a consulting firm founded by General Stanley McChrystal.

Adam Bradley
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Adam graduated from Princeton University in 2018. Adam majored in the Princeton School of Public & International Affairs and completed his independent work on healthcare topics. His senior thesis explored the potential of employer-sponsored medical tourism.

Philip Aiken
PRESIDENT
Philip began his career at Berkeley Research Group, a healthcare consulting firm. After two years in BRG’s Healthcare Analytics Practice, Philip joined CancerNavigator in 2019.

Lexi Slotkoff Loudon
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Lexi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in economics. Before joining CancerNavigator in 2020, Lexi spent three years on the healthcare analytics team at Berkeley Research Group, where she used her data expertise to support pharmaceutical clients on policy and advisory engagements.

Eric Weiner
CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER
Eric joined CancerNavigator in 2024 to lead growth. Prior to this, he led teams focused on Taft-Hartley, Public Sector, and Higher Education segments at Included Health, where he spent nearly a decade. Eric attended UNC Chapel Hill and London Business School, and comes from a multi-generational IBEW family.

Andrea Strayhorn, RN
DIRECTOR OF PATIENT SERVICE
Andrea graduated from The College of New Jersey with a BSN in Nursing. She is an Oncology Certified Nurse and has over 15 years of oncology experience in a variety of roles. Andrea has been an Oncology Nurse Navigator for the past 7 years, with a focus on newly diagnosed patients.

Roshan Paudel, PhD
RESEARCH PRINCIPAL
Roshan received his PhD from the University of Michigan, where he was trained by urologic surgeons to assess and advance postoperative outcomes. Before joining CancerNavigator, he completed a research fellowship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where he collaborated with solid tumor oncologists to advance patient-centered outcomes. He began his career in public health at the American Cancer Society, leading local, regional, and national initiatives to improve access to cancer prevention and early detection.
